1. Disengage the winch clutch, pull out the cable to the vehicle being carried, and hook the "j" line to the traction shackle of the lower part of the towed end of the carrier. Then engage the clutch of the winch.

 

Note: The number of cables left when pulling out the cable is not less than 5 turns.

 

2. The carrier vehicle is in the neutral position and the parking brake of the carried vehicle is released.

 

3. Control the winch joystick, pull the car onto the platform, and control the j-hook on the cable to the winch greater than 0.4m

 

Note: When the winch is under load, do not disengage the manual control clutch of the winch! ! This will damage the winch.

 

Note: When using the chain hook to pull the accident vehicle with the winch, especially the small car with the bottom of the chassis, be very careful not to damage the part of the trailer, so as to avoid unnecessary trouble.

 

4. When the loaded vehicle has been towed in place, tie the rear tire with a safety strap and tilt the loaded car diagonally to the rear side of the flat pull tab on both sides. Note: If the safety tab is broken, the safety strap should be wrapped around the solid part of the car. For safety bandages that cannot be manually locked, the public winch lever can be used to manipulate the winch to move the loader forward a little to properly tension the safety chain.

 

5. When fixing the faulty vehicle with a strap on the flat plate, the four straps must be locked to the wheel or the body.

 

6. The strap ratchet must be closed when it is locked.

 

note! ! : Nylon straps will loosen when tightened for a long time. Check the tension of the bandages regularly during operation. Especially in the case of poor road conditions or frequent brakes, check the tightening in time to avoid accidents.

 

7. Control the platform to tilt the joystick so that the tail of the platform rises 0.15m above the ground.

 

8. The control platform tilts the joystick to move the platform forward to approximately 0.6 m from the foremost end. The control platform tilts the joystick to return the platform to the horizontal position.

 

9. Control the platform slide joystick, which is the platform moving forward to the front.

 

10. In order to prevent damage to the winch caused by the tension of the cable during the following driving, the other two safety chains must be used to fix the front end of the car as described above and tighten as much as possible. Load positioning and tightening.

 

11. Put the loaded car in a gear and pull the handbrake.

 

12. Check that all safety chains or links and connections are secure and tight.
